I specialise in helping small businesses with the hands-on, nitty-gritty problems of running and growing a business, including:
Gaining clarity on cash flow.
Deciding when and how to hire.
Choosing the right systems for compliance.
Understanding when and how to use (or not use) AI.
While I can assist with marketing and business development, my strength lies in fixing operational and strategic pain points – think of me as a business handyman for SMEs.
Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extending to 12 months.
Time Commitment: Up to 2 hours per month.
Format: Combination of online calls and in-person meetings (at least one in London).
