I help SMEs that need an experienced, hands-on, no-nonsense person, who can take decisions quickly, and understands strategy but more importantly, knows how to convert that into action: people, processes, revenue. I am available as a fractional adviser or exec. My preferred method is virtual or hybrid working. I have a experience in with dealing with the public sector (NHS in particular) and some of their compliance (e.g. DSP Toolkit). I prefer technology-based companies, but I'm happy to work with you in any sector.
